Very high end. Just a few teenie ticks (visible only w/a strong glass) keep it in the MS63 category. Overall, the surfaces appear clean, semi-satiny/lightly semi-prooflike, have a full booming luster, and are devoid of spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
Only 4850 were ever minted. PCGS 12, NGC 7. PCGS has just 7 coins higher.
