This is the only coin we have available for sale from the group we purchased in the crazy B+M Pre ANA Auction (the others went to Want Lists).
The quality here is unbeatable. Shimmering deep, crystal clear, and clean mirrors have powerful reflectivity. Do not be mistaken for bad spots, the picture does bring out some flecks scattered about. You do NOT see them with the naked eye. Both sides are a gorgeous and totally original full Mint Red color. Every detail is needle sharp in strike and does have light frost. The eye appeal is beautiful!
Even though 950 were minted, it seems like most have been lost. The last time one of these was sold in auction was 2006. These are finally gaining the respect they deserve along with the pricing.
PCGS 12, NGC 5, CAC 1. Hard to believe, there is one coin graded PR67RD by PCGS. We will gladly pay $35,000.00+ for it so long as it is a legit PR67. Do not be fooled by the pops, this is an extremely rare coin in PR66RD.
