2C 1864 LARGE MOTTO PCGS MS67BN

When we first saw this incredible GEM, our jaw dropped, locked, and we spewed uncontrollable drool! It is our strong opinion, this is one of the all time great MS 2C pieces in existence.

For those of you who fear RED turning, this coin is at its most stable color. Technically, we can not get over how dramatically PERFECT this coin is. We studied it hard with a strong glass-found NADA. The texture of the surfaces is slightly satiny. No question this coin has NEVER been messed with. Both sides are a heart-pounding and totally ORIGINAL chocolate brown/pale blue/faded mint red. There are NO spots or dots of any kind. Every detail is lightly frosted and has a pinpoint sharp strike. The eye appeal is out of this world!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. There is no prior auction record for this beast of a coin. We can’t stress enough how important and what a great value this coin is. Remember, its a 150 year old OBSOLETE denomination copper coin that’s stable! Once you see it, you’ll be like we were: insanely in love!
