A most interesting coin. And really nice too!
Super thick satiny surfaces are exceedingly clean and smooth. Using a strong glass all you can see is a scattered light frost break or two-no scuffs or problems. The luster is strong and glows well from all over. Both sides are a pleasing totally original off white/pale gold color. The details are well struck. You do not need a glass to see the S/D. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 8, NGC 8, CAC 3. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $9,987.00 08/2016. The PCGS CAC Price guide suggests a $11,900.00 Value. This is a date and grade you sure do not see offered.
