No question this coin left the bank 87 years ago and sat undisturbed ever since. The surfaces are super clean and smooth. It takes a really strong glass and a lot of effort to find just a few microscopic ticks. The luster is strong. Both sides are bathed in a light natural pewter/pale gold/deep silver color. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 121, NGC 63, CAC 37. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $1,175.00 12/2015.
