25C 1927S PCGS MS64FH

$89,500.00

Bought this beauty from an old time dealer who had it in his personal collection. There is no question this coin is VERY high end!

Only some minuscule ticks that you need a glass to see keep this coin from an MS65 designation and a price $100,000.00+ higher. The obverse fields are smooth and impeccable, while the reverse has some light lines and frost breaks. The luster is quite strong and really glows. Most important, Miss Liberty’s head IS fully struck (and genuine) and the shield has only minor softness. Some light golden brown toning peeks from parts of the rim areas. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 10, NGC 6, CAC 1. PCGS has graded only 3 in 65FH and 2 in MS66FH. We are shocked that this is the first MS64FH we have ever owned. Do not let the pops fool you, this date is incredibly rare. The last one in a major auction sold for $71,300.00 11/07 B+M. We have seen these sell for as much as $100,000.00 in auction. Opportunity knocks loud here!
