No question this coin has never been dipped out or messed with. The quality is FULL MS65FH!
Exceptionally clean surfaces adorn both sides. They are lustrous and do have a light layer of golden brown toning (but the coin looks creamy white overall). Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. There is only minor weakness in the shield. Overall, the coin is VERY handsome and eye appealing!
PCGS 73, NGC 42, CAC 3. This is a surprisingly hard coin to find CAC’d. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $2,243.00 Goldberg 09/2011.
