Looks more like a high end 1930, not a rare 1919D!
Both sides are amazingly clean. There is no question this coin has sat totally undisturbed since the day it left the bank. A strong luster shows off light silvery toning. Most important, Miss Liberty and the details are virtually fully struck. The shield does have 98% of its rivets. There are NO negatives about this GEM! The eye appeal is outstanding!
PCGS 9, NGC 6, CAC 1. PCGS possibly has graded 5 coins higher (the last one sold for $80,500.00 in 2006). This coin last sold in auction for $37,375.00 09/2009 Heritage. Quality like this does not appear anymore!
