Absolute perfect rules both sides. You can use the worlds most powerful magnifier and you will find NO impairments. The mirrors are deep, glassy, clear, clean (a given), and have strong reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The obverse has a beautiful mix of lilac/pale purple/gold/amber/blue colors. The reverse is green/gold lavender mostly by the peripheries. The eye appeal is excellent!
1914 is one of the lowest minted PR Barbers with just 380 made. PCGS 4, NGC 7.
