No question this is a SUPERB GEM that is quite possibly the FINEST graded!
Only if you use a strong glass and look really hard can you find a few very teeny ticks or frost breaks. To the naked eye this coin is clean and smooth. A surprising booming luster beams from both sides. Totally ORIGINAL moderate olive/evergreen/pale purple/blue colors swirl together and cover all of the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 8, NGC 7, CAC 5. Hard to believe that after 25+ years of operations, there are NO MS67’s by PCGS or NGC. The last one to appear in a major auction brought $5,175.00 08/2011 Heritage. These seem so cheap in today’s market!
