This is definitely an eye popper! You can tell it was stored in an album for many years. This is NOT one of those cleaned then retoned album jobs.

Both sides are satiny yet sleek, super clean, and of course intensely lustrous. The “bullseye” toning that will knock you out consists of aqua blue/aqua green/golden brown/blue/violet. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have exceptional strikes. You rarely see colored Seated 25C with rainbow bullseye like this!
