If you didn’t know it was a rare CC, you’d think it was a GEMMY date from the 80’s. Prooflike mirrors beam from the obverse while the reverse is incredibly satiny. There are zero impairments of any kind to be found anywhere. A gorgeous mix of purple/blue/deep champagne/golden brown frame the rims and then the centers on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have plenty of thick frost. The eye appeal is spectacular!
PCGS 3, NGC 5. There are NONE graded higher. The last coin to sell in major public auction brought $42,550.00 in 02/07 Goldberg (NOT this coin). Opportunity knocks loud if you are a serious Quarter or CC Collector.
