25C 1874 W/A PCGS PR65 CAMEO

Hard to believe, but this is the first 1874 25C we have ever owned in PR65 Cameo! Never saw one before we liked-but then we can’t say we saw many at all!

Glittering deep, clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors are charm to see. Only with a strong glass can you find any light lines scattered about. The mirrors also have that neat “watery” look. This piece is untoned. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is very flashy!

ONLY 700 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 10, NGC 6, CAC 5. PCGS has graded possibly 6 coins higher-while CAC has only stickered one coin finer. The last 2 PCGS PR65 Cameos to sell in auction we NON CAC’s. They brought $6,900.00 and $7,475.00 back in 2009 Goldberg! A 65+ NON CAC brought $11,500.00 01/2011 B+M. We bought this GEM really right. It is a VERY UNDERvalued date in GEM. Opportunity knocks loud here!
