25C 1822 PCGS MS64

Large size Bust Quarters in choice or better are extremely rare and UNDERvalued. We haven’t seen many offered in the past few years either at shows or auction. Legend is pleased to own and offer this tough piece.

The highlight of this coin is its cleanliness. Both sides have a few stray light lines-but NO visible problems. A decent luster highlights soft sandy gold colors that mix with some blue by the reverse rims. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is nice (do not expect these to be flashy or drop dead gorgeous).

Hard to believe there is NOTHING graded after MS64 except a lone PCGS MS67. The rarity of these in choice MS is tremendous. PCGS 4, NGC 5.
