No, this coin is NOT an MS65, nor will it ever be. But we do agree it is a high end wannabe!
A bold thick luster shows off just a few teenie and really scattered ticks. You really need a glass to see them. There are NO spots. The color is a totally ORIGINAL deeper orange like gold. Miss Liberty and the details do have very light “dirty” toning on the high points of the legs. Also, the details are frosty and have excellent strikes. The eye appeal of this coin is VERY pleasing!
PCGS 3537, NGC 2392, CAC 63. PCGS has graded ONLY 25 in MS64+. Note: an PCGS/CAC MS65 is easily a $7,500.00+ coin. There is a reason why CAC has only beaned 7 so far in MS65!!!! This is a date that suffered dearly from gradeflation. We are pleased to present a coin that is accurately graded and is ORIGINAL!
