We have handled quite a few 1912 Saints in MS65. This coin is an absolute VERY HIGH END GEM Stand out. It took us 3 shows to negotiate the purchase of this coin!
Only one or two VERY teenie ticks are what keeps this coin from being a GEM MS66 and worth about $75,000.00. Overall, the coin does appear clean. The surfaces do offer a an exceptionally strong luster. Both sides have an incredible ORIGINAL two tone orange/yellow gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

It is critical to know the following (when pricing this coin): the majority of 1912 P’s in MS65 are in Japan and are not coming home anytime soon. Also, CAC is holding firm on stickering ALL gold (especially Saints) so you won’t see any wholesale mass qualities of these ever being offered. In fact, this coin is still in its old green tag holder.
