This coin is a full GEM MS 65 EVERY time! The surfaces are super clean and smooth. Besides having the famous “high relief” deep dish look, both sides have super original even gold toning. There is a tiny copper toning dot on the reverse-which only helps prove how original this coin is (it does NOT detract in any way). Miss Liberty and the details are so sharply struck they look sculpted. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 122, NGC 91, CAC 23. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $51,406.00 05/2015. The next step up would cost you at least $90,000.00. We have been searching all over for one for months and can’t find a PCGS CAC MS66. We have priced this coin for a quick flip.
