$20 1896 PCGS MS64+

Here is a date and grade you do not see with any frequency. And it is coin well deserving of the + too. Exceptional surfaces are satiny smooth and are extremely clean overall. Only with a strong glass can you actually see a few microscopic ticks scattered around. In our opinion, only some light chatter on the face keeps this from a full MS65.  The luster is thick and offer the “halo” effect. Both sides are totally original with a thick gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. We do grade the reverse a full MS65. Th eye appeal is superb! PCGS 157, NGC 182, CAC 8. PCGS has graded 7 in MS64+. The last one to sell in auction brought $5,170.00  09/2016 and was NOT CAC. The last PCGS CAC to sell brought $5,875.00 01/2013. We bought this coin right, and are offering it at a very fair price.
