$20 1865S PCGS MS64 BROTHER JONATHAN

Love these “Bro Jo” coins! We buy everyone we see that’s HIGH END and still in the ORIGINAL holder (so many have been cracked out and upgraded). You can’t beat the history and quality of these coins.

We do consider this to be a HIGH END specimen. Only a few trivial light lines on the lower left obverse are visible. There are NO major hits or detraction. The surfaces are smooth, satiny, and do have a decent luster. The color is a beautiful light two tone yellow/gold color. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is really nice and becomes even better as you stare at it and think of how it sat at the bottom of the ocean for over 125+ years. You just do not get any better piece of history!

PCGS 129, NGC 72, CAC 5. PCGS has graded only 24 coins higher-and the last ORIGINAL holdered one we handled was back in 2006. Opportunity knocks loud here!
