$2.5 1909 PCGS MS66

We purchased this coin from one of the top collectors of the series at the Long Beach Show. He was selling off his duplicates. This coin was love at first sight for us.

Unbelievably, this coin is the real deal-it is a legit MS66. That’s extremely important to know. Using a powerful glass you do not see any major marks or problems. There are no spots or discolorations. The color is beautiful original light orange/yellow gold mix. A super strong luster also highlights the sharply struck features. Unless you expect this coin to be an MS67, this coin will NOT disappoint you in any away! The eye appeal is nothing less than fantastic as well.

PCGS 16, NGC 17. Neither PCGS or NGC have graded any higher. The last one of these to sell in a major public auction brought $21,850.00 07/08 Heritage. Also in 4/08 another piece sold for $20,700.00. The collector was reasonable with us and we will pass the savings along. A killer Indian $2.5 like this certainly belongs in a world class collection or even a Type set.
