Looking like a killer post 1900 date, this coin has incredible qualities. Both sides have remarkable deep, crystal clear, ultra clean, and boldly reflective mirrors. Even using a strong glass you cannot detect any minor imperfections. The color is a uniform light orange gold. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and are covered with creamy thick gold frost. Like the mirrors, the eye appeal is so intense you eyes will pop out!
As we mentioned before, this is an extremely rare date. PCGS 0, NGC 2. NONE have been graded higher. Proof gold has long been considered the caviar of numismatics- this coin is certainly worthy of that term.
