One of the highlights of our CSNS offering! This coin was bought privately and did not come out of any recent auction.

There is nothing not to love about this coin. Both sides are miraculously clean-save for some extremely light wispy lines here and there (you really need a glass to see them). There is a slight trace of semi-prooflike mirrors and the coin does have a very decent luster. No question the color is GEM ORIGINAL and is an even yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck for the date. This is way superior to the crusty rugged pieces we see floating around from time to time. The eye appeal is really fantastic!

PCGS 5, NGC 3, CAC 3. We cannot stress enough how extremely rare these are and to find one that is nice or as nice is even rarer! The last one of these to sell in major auction brought $103,500.00 07/08 Heritage (the coin was NOT CAC).
