Legend Numismatics is pleased to own and offer this truly magnificent and rare $2.5 gold piece. Rarely will you find any early gold that’s truly HIGH END or hasn’t been messed with. This coin is clearly HIGH END and and is totally original. Yes, it is in a PCGS Secure Plus holder.

To start, without using a glass, this coin looks incredibly clean. Even with a glass, the worst things you find are a few lines and a teenie tick or two. Both sides not only have a strong luster, but have traces of prooflike mirrors. There are no discolorations or spots. The color is a heart pounding ORIGINAL deep orange. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and show only a few light adjustment marks on the reverse. The eye appeal is incredible! We just can not stress enough how rare it is to find one of these not messed with.
