If PCGS wasn’t so spooked by Matte Proofs they could have easily graded this coin a PR67BN. It is flawless!
We never see PR Lincolns with ZERO impairments. The surfaces are genuine Matte and have never been messed with. The obverse is a nice brown that mixes with some red while the reverse is more a blue/brown (no this coin has NOT been MS70’d). Not a single spot can be found even if you had a microscope. Lincoln and all the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is very pretty.

The last one of these to sell in major auction was back in 2007 and the price realized was $4,600.00 (08/07 Heritage).
