You can tell this coin has sat undisturbed for most of its 101 years since it left the bank. Every thing about this coin is also totally original.
The surfaces are pristine. Only under strong magnification can you see any a few microscopic toning dots. A full booming luster shows off the fiery GEM Mint Rd colors that mix with shades of gold/violet on the obverse. The reverse has light pale brown and is slightly streaky. Every detail is sharply struck. The eye appeal is tremendous!
