AMAZING! We’ve been so spoiled by the Naftzger coins that we turn noses up to many upper grade non pedigreed coins. This coin stopped us dead in our tracks. We did a huge WOW!
We think the ONLY thing keeping this coin from a MS67-there is some SLIGHT weakness on the left obverse stars. Otherwise, this coin is PERFECT! The surfaces have ZERO imperfections of any size, any where. Totally ORIGINAL light chocolate brown colors mix with superb ORIGINAL Mint RED that peaks from around the devices. Save for a few stars, Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 13, NGC 47, CAC 4. PCGS has graded NONE finer. The last one of these that sold at a major auction brought $2,585.00 08/2012 Heritage. We can’t stress enough what a terrific opportunity this represents.
