Such a stud muffin! There is nothing not to LOVE about this GEM!
We do feel the coin is HIGH END. The surfaces are remarkably clean. Even with a strong glass you will find NO significant imperfections. There are No spots or discolorations either. A surprising luster shows off gorgeous hints of ORIGINAL Mint RD with lots of faded brown. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 12, NGC 5, CAC 1. Do NOT let the pops fool you-these do NOT appear with ANY frequency. In fact the last piece to appear in major auction was back in 2009 Naftzger. That coin sold for $3,795.00. This coin is also housed in an older green tag holder (it was NOT a Naftzger coin). We bought this coin really right and will pass the deal on to you! We do not understand why a GEM ORIGINAL copper coin from 1849-a 163 years old, is not worth at least $5,000.00? Opportunity knocks loud if you love Pre 1850 Large 1C!!!
