1C 1847/47 PCGS MS64+ BN LG/SM 47 N-2 NAFTZGER BLUE LAKE

What a pretty neat coin. It is just shy of full MS65 BN status. The surfaces are surprisingly clean and smooth. They even have a light gloss to them. Both sides are a slightly deeper brown. There are a few light small stains (by the rims) , but NO spots. This coin just oozes with full originality. Miss Liberty and all of the details are well struck and do standout. You do not need a glass to see the over date. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 8, NGC 4, CAC 3. This is the only MS64+ BN graded. Obviously it has not been sold recently and has been in the Blue Lake Collection for a few years. As you all know, we are HUGE fans of ANY Naftzger coin.
