1C 1825 PCGS MS65BN N-7 NAFTZGER

$14,500.00

And we thought the 1825 in PCGS MS64+BN we have posted was wild-eh! This GEM is all there.

The obverse is a full BN, while the reverse seriously borders on RB. Only with a strong glass can you see a teenie tick or two. to the naked eye this coin is clean. The surfaces are also slightly reflective as well as being satiny. A full booming luster shows all of the totally ORIGINAL colors of Mint Red/ chocolate brown/faded pale blue. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and appear boldly. The eye appeal is magnificent!

PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded 2 coins higher. The only N-7 to appear at auction was from the Naftzger Collection. It realized $10,062.50 back in 09/09 Goldberg. An NGC N-10 sold for $12,362.50 in the same sale. We can’t stress how cheap that was and what a great value this coin is today! We think this is also a $20,000.00 coin. Regardless, it will make an awesome addition to what ever collection it is placed in!
