We do not know how in the world this coin could have been called a Proof. No question it is a GEM MS specimen! We also marvel at how close to full RB it is.
Virtually flawless surfaces are surprisingly lustrous. You can clearly see a mix of beautiful chocolate brown/pale blue and ORIGINAL Mint Red colors. There are NO bad spots, but there are a few tiny toning stains in the left obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
