1C 1810/09 PCGS MS63+ BN CAC

This is a coin that actually ranks among the finest known for the date. We do also rank the coin as VERY high end. In fact, we even resubmitted once for the Blue Lake Collector seeking an MS64. PCGS was holding the line. Superb and totally original surfaces are a joy to behold. The surfaces are smooth and even using a strong glass won’t disappoint you. A light to moderate glossy luster can be seen. Both sides are an original sweet chocolate brown/faint olive color. There are no spots or discolorations. This coin has NOT been brushed or oiled. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. You do NOT need a glass to see the over date. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS possibly has graded 3 higher in MS64 BN. This coin has not appeared in any auction. In fact, the Blue Lake Collector bought it 15 years ago and has had it ever since.
