1913 10C Dime Barber PCGS PR67+ (CAC)

$5,500.00

What a glorious SUPERB GEM this coin is. We fully agree it is VERY HIGH END and is closer to a PR68 than a 67!

Deep and super flashy mirrors glow vividly from all over. The mirrors have tremendous clarity and cleanliness. When you twirl the coin, it looks like a glowing mirror. Both sides enjoy gorgeous original colors. The obverse has bands of blue/green/gold/lilac and sparkle. The reverse obviously sat in felt and has a slightly deep pale navy/olive/gold coloration. There is obverse contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! Only 622 were minted.

PCGS 4, NGC 12, CAC 11 (obviously there have been resubmissions). PCGS has graded only 4 in PR67+. This coin last sold in our 6/2019 Auction for $5,287.00. We have built multiple GEM PR Barber Sets in high grade. This date is a “silent” stopper in the higher grades. This piece will make a fantastic addition to any great SUPERB GEM collection. It is also our opinion, these have been greatly overlooked in the last few years. Opportunity knocks loud now!
