1885 $3 PCGS MS-64

We see so many AU’s of these tougher dates its refreshing to see a really choice MS piece. This coin is more than worthy of the grade. Both sides are VERY clean. Because of the low mintage you will see strong mirrors on most coins and this coin is no exception. There are only a few light wispy hidden lines that keep this coin from an MS65. There are NO discolorations or spots. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have generous frost. The eye appeal is tremendous! PCGS 27, NGC 18. Only PCGS has graded 6 coins higher. We really doubt there are 27 MS64’s.
