Not bad at all. There are some light ticks scattered about both sides-but NO major detractions. The wear is very minor and there are no discolorations on the high points.Strong traces of semi-prooflike mirrors are visible. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck. This is NOT a dipped out or scrubbed up piece. Ex Richmond Collection. Only 5900 pieces were minted. PCGS 4, NGC 5.
