Hard to find a reason why this coin is only a PR66+. Superior mirrors are ultra deep, have amazing clarity, are super clean, and have bold reflectivity. A gorgeous mix of totally original vibrant olive/violet/rose/gold/blue colors all swirl evenly all over both sides. Kiss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
ONLY 425 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 19, NGC 22, CAC 16. PCGS has graded only 2 coins PR66+. NO PR66+ has sold in auction. This hard to find date should not be lumped in with commoner dates like 1892.
