10C 1900 NGC PR-64

Very pleasing quality. The mirrors are strong, clean, clear,and definitely flashy. NO problems are visible. A moderate mix of olive/rose/pale navy colors swirl nicely on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are powerfully struck. The eye appeal is excellent!

This definitely fits out 64 rule. If iy has a mintage of BELOW 1000 and is priced BELOW $1,000.00, it is a very safe and good value. Only 912 were minted. PCGS 43, NGC 45.
