10C 1898 PCGS PR-67

This piece is for sure one of the nicest of the mere 832 minted. While it does not display wild colors, it does display a sheen of sheer perfection. The mirrors are remarkably clean and do have strong flash. A moderate semi-dusky mix of champagne/navy/golden brown colors swirls on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are clearly visible and are pinpoint sharp in strike. The eye appeal is nice. Over the past year, we have been high bidder for all PCGS PR67 10C and didn’t buy more than 4 pieces. These just are not around. PCGS 11, NGC 23.
