Only 832 pieces were ever minted. This coin is HIGH END and VERY flashy!
Only a few LIGHT lines from PR66. The mirrors are remarkably clean, deep, crystal clear, and have powerful reflectivity. There actually is some cameo contrast. This coin is housed in an older green tag holder-back then they were not designating cameo. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have beautiful layer of thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 25, NGC 35, CAC 4. In our opinion, these have become way too cheap! You certainly do not see one in every case at every major show. In fact, we have not seen another 1888 in GEM since FUN! Opportunity knocks loud here!
