Unbelievable eye appeal! This coin has a moderately cameo appearance!
The ONLY thing that keeps this coin from being MS66 is a touch of softness on the head. The surfaces are satiny, incredibly lustrous, and clean. The color is snow white with a hint of pale gold. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and are well stuck overall. The eye appeal is awesome!
Not as common of a date as you might think. PCGS 18, NGC 17. PCGS has graded just 13 coins higher. The last one in a major public auction sold for $1,207.00 06/02 Goldberg.
