This is a VERY HIGH END GEM. Only a small hidden lint mark keeps this from a PR65 designation. The mirrors are deep, clean, and have powerful reflectivity. A deeper but NOT black mix of navy/purple evenly covers most of both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is great! Only 470 pieces were minted. PCGS 40, NGC 36.
