10C 1842 PCGS MS66 EX SIMPSON

Even in regular MS65 this coin is rare (PCGS pop 6). This piece is more than worthy of being tied for FINEST.

Both sides are satiny smooth. There are practically NO problems visible anywhere. The surfaces are a creamy white with just a hint of gold. An intense luster shows off needle sharp features. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 2, NGC 4, CAC 1. There are NO records for any MS66’s 0f ANY service selling in major auction over the past 12 years. We think that’s a pretty powerful statement as to how rare this date is. Even if you are not a Dime collector, you should give this grossly undervalued coin consideration (we think it should be worth at least $10,000.00).
