Do NOT confuse this coin with the Large Date MS67 that is horrendous and sold for $19,550.00 earlier this year. In our strong opinion, PCGS screwed up when they graded that coin. Its dark, ugly, and flat. Yes, the prices of the two ARE drastically different because of the quality issue. This coin is a Medium 10C and is a true MONSTER GEM.
Impressive soft semi-satiny surfaces are super clean and emit a powerful luster. Only the faintest trace of gold can be detected while the majority of this coin is silky white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frosting. The appearance is so powerful your eyes will pop out as your jaw falls to the floor!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. There has NEVER been a Medium 10C PCGS MS67 in auction. This really is a superb GEM Bust 10C. It will easily fit in the finest Type or Dime set.
