The surfaces are exceptionally clean and do have a decent luster. Both sides are a pewter/champagne/russet color that is NOT dull. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 9, NGC 0. PCGS has graded 10 coins higher.
