By far, this is the nicest MS64 we ever EVER seen! It was purchased from one of the sharpest “crackout” dealers in the biz. We totally agree it could easily have been graded MS65. PCGS screwed up not designating it a MS64+!
The ONLY possible reason why this coin is not a 65-there is the slightest weakness in a star or two. Otherwise, this coin is frigging MONSTER ORIGINAL GEM. The surfaces are remarkably pristine. They reveal light die clashing-and NO marks. A clear cut totally ORIGINAL blend of tangerine/golden brown/pale navy/lilac colors swirls all over. There actually is a cartwheel type luster too. Miss Liberty and the details overall are well struck. The eye appeal is phenomenal and like us, you’ll say WOW when you see it!
PCGS 27, NGC 27, CAC 5. This coin has NO peers as an MS64. We grade it MS64.9+. Do note: PCGS just does not want to pull the trigger here. We wish all Bust Dimes could look like this (if they did they’d probably sell for $35,000.00+)! If you demand the BEST quality and do care about the coin vs the holder, then you MUST see this coin in person!
