VERY HIGH END quality! Hard to tell why it did not MS65!
There are a few microscopic frost breaks/marks on the reverse. The obverse is perfectly clean and smooth. A strong luster shows off wonderful warm gold surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is also exceptional!
PCGS 31, NGC 28, CAC 3. PCGS has graded only 9 coins higher! The last one of these to appear in major auction was a NON CAC specimen that sold for $13,225.00 10/10 Heritage. A perfect addition for high end GEM $10 Indian set!
