About two weeks ago we sold a similar coin. It is a fluke we have this coin as least year we had NONE! These are NOT easy to locate. This coin is unquestionably ORIGINAL and nice!
Other than some light and scattered first breaks and a tick or two (you need a glass), there are NO major problems to be seen anywhere on this GEM. A really strong thick luster shows off great skin (meaning it was never dipped). The color is an ORIGINAL orange gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 28, NGC 185, CAC 9. PCGS has possibly graded only 7 coins higher. The last CAC coin to sell in major auction brought $4,888.00 03/2011 Stacks-and it was NGC graded!
