Yet another extremely rare $10 CC piece.
An impressive luster actually beams from both sides. It shows off sort of a two tone orange/yellow gold color scheme. No problems bigger than a few scattered ticks are visible. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have light even wear. The eye appeal is bight!
Just 8,085 pieces were minted. PCGS 3, NGC 8. PCGS has graded only 2 coins higher while NGC has possibly done 10. None are finer than MS62. The auction records show a lesser quality piece sold for $19,550.00 08/07 Heritage, while an NGC piece sold for $25,300.00 1/07 Stacks. There were also several other records of PCGS selling for $25,300.00 back in 2006. Yet another date where the published pricing is incorrect.
