$10 1862 PCGS AU55

A VERY difficult Civil War date to find. We fully agree with the grade (as does CAC)!

First, if anything this coin possibly had a very light dipping long ago. It has recovered nicely. There are are NO putty or stains visible anywhere. A few light ticks and giggles are scattered about-but the coin is only an AU55. A full booming luster remains and highlights the bright gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is neato!
