Not a ‘dirty” toned coin, but not dipped out either. Surprisingly, this coin does have a full cartwheel luster. There are also light traces of prooflike mirrors. Of course, there are numerous small old superficial ticks-none are deep or are detracting. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck and show little wear. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 27, NGC 23, CAC 1. PCGS has graded possibly just 21 coins higher. Do not be fooled by the pops, you will not see a 45O of any date in any frequency.
