$10 1799 PCGS MS64 SMALL STARS

A heart pounding monumental GEM! Incredibly, this piece is totally original too!

We can not stress enough how significant the CAC sticker is to this, or ANY Early Gold coin. It is proof the coin has not seen any tampering (as so many have). The freshness of this piece is unquestioned. Both sides are totally original. There is some MINOR chatter on the left obverse field that is all that keeps this coin from being a $500,000.00 MS65! The surfaces do reveal a strong and natural luster. There are NO spots or major discolorations (there are two teenie toning spots on the reverse). The color is a beautiful soft yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do have frost. The eye appeal is terrific!

As time goes on, you will see the majority of these decrease in value as they have been messed with or are overgraded. In our strong opinion, coins like this that are totally original and nice, should dramatically increase in value and will become more scarce (nothing is guaranteed, but from our experiences over the last 35 years, this could easily happen).
